I am a keen cyclist and a few years ago I pursued a personal ambition of cycling around the world for a year through ten countries and over twelve thousand miles.

What the clients (and I) liked the most though, that he always delivered the necessary plus 1. So if client asks for X, he gives him X. but also provides Y and Z so the client (who many times can not visualize) has something to choose from. and not surprisingly, most of the times the client picked one of the additional suggestions from Richard.
